Build your resume and portfolio by working on real assignments with real clients. Build your experience by working with Milwaukee’s Trozzolo Communications Group. That is the opportunity to work at Carl Collective, the Diederich College of Communications student-run advertising agency.

This hands-on learning opportunity offers Marquette University Diederich College students and MIAD students enrolled at Diederich College the chance to be part of a first-of-its-kind agency, earning real-world experience under the supervision and guidance of advertising professionals from Trozzolo Communications Group.

We offer student associate roles in the following areas: Public Relations Student Associate, Account Service Student Associate, Art Director Student Associate, Graphic Designer Student Associate, Copywriter Student Associate and Videographer Student Associate. These are paid positions with an expected work schedule of 15-20 hours per week, including in-person office hours three days a week. The associate role can count towards an internship credit at Marquette University and MIAD.
