Build your resume and portfolio by working on real assignments with real clients. Build your experience by working with Milwaukee’s Trozzolo Communications Group. That is the opportunity to work at Carl Collective, the Diederich College of Communications student-run advertising agency.

This hands-on learning opportunity offers Marquette University Diederich College students and MIAD students enrolled at Diederich College a chance to be part of a first-of-its-kind agency and earn real-world experience with supervision and guidance from advertising professionals from Trozzolo Communications.

We offer student associate roles in the following agency disciplines: Public Relations/Project Management, Account Management/Project Management, Creative (copywriting, art direction, design and social media content) and Videographer (social media and shortform content). Roles pay $15 per hour, 15-20 hour per week and the potential for internship credits.
